Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BA Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects when you use batechsolutions.pk, why we collect it, and your choices. We are a software company based in Pakistan BA Tech Solutions .

Information you send us

When you use a contact or demo request form, we collect:

• your name and WhatsApp number (required);
• your business name, the service or product you are interested in and your message (optional);
• the page you sent the form from.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share there. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

• Security data. To stop spam and abuse we keep a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address for up to two days to limit repeated form submissions. The original IP address is not stored with your enquiry.
• Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and time of the request) for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Google processes this data under its own terms.
• Spam protection. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by people, not bots.

Cookies

The public website does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits. Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, may use a cookie to protect forms. Our admin area uses a secure session cookie for staff only. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange demos or meetings;
• to prepare proposals and provide the services or products you ask for;
• to keep the website secure and prevent abuse;
• to understand and improve how the website is used.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries are stored in our website database and sent to our business email inbox. Only authorised staff can see them. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and, if enabled, analytics and spam protection; they process data on our behalf. Some providers may store data outside Pakistan.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records (24 months), then delete them. Security data is kept for up to two days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@batechsolutions.pk. We handle requests in line with the applicable laws of Pakistan and, for visitors from other countries, the rights available to you where you live.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, rate limiting and regular backups to protect the information you send. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
